The Workflow

Sampling
Representative samples are drawn from every production batch — no batch is released on the previous batch's numbers.
Particle size
Laser-diffraction analysis reports the full distribution — median, top cut and everything between, from D3 to D98.
Brightness
Optical testing confirms 97% brightness — the number your paint, paper or masterbatch depends on.
Coating verification
For coated grades: thermal mass-loss analysis at 350 °C measures the exact stearic acid percentage on the mineral.
