Since 2003 we have ground, classified, coated and packed calcium carbonate across two plants — covering the full range from 5 to 45 microns between our Giza and 10th of Ramadan facilities.
The Process
From limestone to finished product.
Limestone selection
High-purity Egyptian limestone as feedstock — the source of our 99.9% CaCO₃.
Crushing
Primary size reduction prepares the stone for fine grinding.
Grinding
Fine grinding brings the mineral down to micron-scale medians.
Classification
Air classification cuts each grade to its target top cut — from 5 to 45 µm across our two plants.
Surface coating
Stearic acid treatment for the coated series, verified by thermal analysis.
Packing & dispatch
25 kg bags, jumbo bags or custom packing — then onward to local and export customers.

Full range. 5 to 45 microns.
The 10th of Ramadan plant specializes in fine grades, while the El-Saff plant produces coarser grades. Together, the two facilities offer a broad range of particle sizes for different applications. Our grinding equipment includes European ball mills.
10th of Ramadan — fine grades
Our 10th of Ramadan plant classifies the fine catalogue from 5 to 15 microns — coated and uncoated grades with full published technical data.
El-Saff — coarse grades
Our El-Saff plant produces coarser grades from 20 to 45 microns for high-volume construction, agriculture and industrial applications — available coated or uncoated, with grade data sheets on request.
